• Creating accounts on behalf of third parties or sharing account access with others is strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for keeping your login and password confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.
• The 82bet may request additional documents for identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or in cases of suspicious account activity. Accepted documents include government-issued ID, CPF, driver's license, and recent proof of address.
• Accounts with false or incomplete information may be suspended without prior notice until the matter is resolved.

3Eligibility

To create an account and use the services of 82bet, the user must:

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All amounts on the 82bet are operated exclusively in Brazilian Reais (BRL — R$). The platform does not support any other currency.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: R$ 20.00.
• Accepted methods: Pix, credit and debit card, boleto bancário, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfer (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, Inter).
• Pix deposits are credited instantly. Boleto payments may take up to 1 business day to clear.
• The 82bet does not charge fees on deposits, regardless of the payment method chosen.
• Deposits must be made exclusively through payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned after verification.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: R$ 50.00.
• The primary withdrawal method is Pix, processed in up to 5 minutes to any Brazilian bank with an active Pix key.
• Withdrawals of large amounts or those triggering additional verification may take up to 24 hours to process.
• The 82bet does not charge fees on withdrawals made within the account's standard limits.

• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to accounts held in the name of the 82bet account holder.

In cases of suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms, 82bet may temporarily suspend withdrawal capabilities on an account for review purposes, in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

5Sports Betting

The 82bet offers Sports Betting on a wide range of events, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and international leagues), volleyball, basketball (NBB), MMA, UFC, e-sports (CS2, League of Legends, Valorant, Dota 2, Free Fire), and more. The following rules apply to all sports bets:

• Once a bet is confirmed by the system, it cannot be canceled or modified by the user, except where Cash Out is available.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the final odds, regardless of any subsequent market movements.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned before completion, all bets on that match will be refunded to the account balance, unless sport-specific rules determine a different resolution.
• The 82bet reserves the right to suspend markets and cancel bets in cases of suspected match-fixing, event irregularities, or errors in data provided by our data partners.
• Combo bets (multiples) are settled based on the outcome of each individual selection. If any selection is voided, the bet is recalculated excluding that selection.
• The maximum bet amount per event varies depending on the sport, tournament, and market selected. Limits are displayed on the platform before confirmation.

Bet outcomes are based exclusively on official and verifiable sports data sources. In the event of a discrepancy between sources, 82bet uses the official source of the event's organizing body as the final reference.

6Casino & Games

The 82bet offers a wide selection of casino games, including slots, live casino (roulette, blackjack, baccarat, game shows), crash games, progressive jackpots, and table games. All games are provided by certified developers and audited by independent testing bodies.

• All casino games on 82bet use certified random number generators (RNG), ensuring all outcomes are genuinely random.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed on the game's page. RTPs are audited on a regular basis.
• In the Live Casino, outcomes are determined by real physical equipment — mechanical roulette wheels, card decks, and dice — filmed in real time. There is no digital simulation in live games.
• Technical failures during a round — such as connection drops or stream interruptions — that prevent the game from completing will result in the bet being refunded to the account balance. Rounds successfully completed before the failure are settled as normal.

7Bonuses & Promotions

• The welcome bonus is 100% match on your first deposit, up to R$ 500.00. To receive the bonus, your first deposit must be at least R$ 20.00 via Pix.
• All bonus balances are subject to rollover requirements. The standard rollover for the welcome bonus is 30x the bonus amount, with minimum odds of 1.50 per selection on Sports Betting and variable contribution rates by game type in the casino.
• Bonus balance and real-money balance are kept separate. Bets are placed using the bonus balance first when it is active, unless the user opts out of using the bonus.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from the bonus balance after the rollover has been met may be withdrawn.
• The 82bet reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time, with prior notice where possible.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to stack promotions, hedging bets across separate accounts, or any strategy designed to extract value without real risk — will result in cancellation of all bonuses and possible account closure.

8Conduct and Permitted Use

By using the 82bet platform, 82bet, the user agrees not to engage in any of the following conduct:

• Creating more than one account on the platform, regardless of the CPF used;
• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or any technology that interferes with the normal operation of the platform;
• Exploiting technical glitches, odds errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Placing bets with the intent to manipulate statistics, launder money, or engage in any other unlawful activity;
• Using the platform for financial transactions unrelated to the betting and gaming products available;
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing others to use your account;
• Engaging in any form of verbal abuse, harassment, or inappropriate behavior in support channels or the live table chat.

Any breach of the conduct rules above may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of active bonuses, balance holds pending review, and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities.

9Account Closure

Users may request the voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting 82bet support. 82bet via live chat or email. The process is free and irreversible once confirmed. The available balance in your account — excluding any bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirements — will be returned via Pix within up to 5 business days after closure confirmation and identity verification.

The 82bet may also close or suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity;
• Providing false information during registration;
• Evidence of a minor using the account;
• Request by a competent legal authority.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, the 82bet reserves the right to withhold pending balances until the completion of a relevant internal investigation or legal process.

13Changes to the Terms

The 82bet may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect regulatory changes, platform improvements, or operational adjustments. Significant changes will be communicated by email to registered users at least 7 days before they take effect.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the updated terms constitutes tacit acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the new Terms, you must close your account before the effective date and request a withdrawal of your available balance.

14Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Brazilian Civil Code, the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018), and applicable sports betting legislation. Any dispute not resolved amicably between the user and 82bet shall be submitted to the courts of the district of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
